Bachman Auto Group is looking for an organized and self-motivated administrative associate in our accounting office to perform a variety of detail oriented clerical duties, including providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, data archiving and data entry, etc. If you think this sounds like a good fit for you, come be a part of our growing and dedicated team!
As administrative associate you will:
• Post all open items in accounts payable on a daily basis.
• Reconcile statement and the accounts payable ledger.
• Prepare accounts payable checks.
• Assign vendor numbers as needed and obtain required W9 forms from each vendor.
• Scan vendor invoice for archival storage.
• Prepare accounts receivable statements monthly.
• Reconcile customer statements and follow up collections as necessary.
• Enter cash receipts and update accounts ledger.
• Process title paperwork after sale of vehicle.
• Communicate with various county clerk's offices on discrepancies.
