Transferring title work and processing the necessary forms to complete the purchase transaction are essential to all of our stores functions.
Working in tandem with dealership personnel, financial institutions, and County Clerk's offices around the State, our Title Clerk will negotiate the detailed process of transferring new, used and traded vehicles into or out of our customers names.
The ideal candidate for this position is some who
Is very detailed and organized
Has a high commitment to customer service
Is able to multitask with people and details simultaneously
Is willing to become a Notary Public
The time to become proficient at this position is approximately 3 months with on the job training and ongoing training occurring.
This is an intermediate level position and is paid on an hourly basis.
Oftentimes candidates who have held this position, will progress in the company to become the Office Assitant, the Office Manager or the Controller.
